WHAT IS VIBRANT?
VIBRANT is a unique event that combines Scripture, music, and visual art. This year's theme is “Come Behold the Wondrous Mystery.” We will focus on the person of Jesus: His birth, life, death and resurrection, through hymns, prayer, and Scripture both sung and read -- including a few new songs from the upcoming @cornerroommusic project on Isaiah 53. Wellon Bridgers will create three paintings in response to the Scripture and songs.

Following the event, there will be light refreshments and a time of fellowship. Wellon Bridgers's paintings will be sold via silent auction to benefit Mwana Villages, a holistic orphan care ministry in the Republic of Congo. Mwana serves the Littles, Bigs, and Mamas with a goal toward family reunification and self-sufficiency. Learn more of Mwana's story at mwanavillages.org.

WHO IS THE CORNER ROOM?
The Corner Room is the banner under which Cahaba Park Church writes and records music. Primarily consisting of musical settings of Scripture word for word from the ESV Bible, these projects serve as a tool for Scripture meditation and memorization. When we know God's Word more deeply, we know God more deeply.
The Corner Room has received critical acclaim since it's launch in 2015. Worship Leader Magazine calls it "masterful...at once fun to listen to and powerful, given that the words are the very Word of God." Bob Kauflin of Sovereign Grace Music deems their Psalm Songs Vol. I "one of the most enjoyable Scripture song albums I've heard in years, if not decades."

WHO IS THE ARTIST?
"For me, painting has become a means to see Truth all around us. It is a creative exploration of the challenges and beauty of life, rooted always in the hope of our Creator who brings light from darkness and strength from weakness. My prayerful hope is that my work will speak Truth to you when and how you need it."
